Returns

• You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
  
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  
• Certain products (personal-care, hygiene, or clearance items) are non-returnable for health reasons.
  

Refunds

• Once inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  
• Refunds are issued as store credit.
  

Exchanges

• You may exchange for another colour or model if available.
  
• Product must be unused to be valid for exchange.

Damaged or Faulty Items

• Report damages within 48 hours of delivery to hello@nexyvo.co.za with photos of the product and packaging.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Times

• All South African Orders: 8–11 business days
  
• International Orders: 8–11 business days
  

Courier Partner

All deliveries are handled exclusively by Aramex to ensure safe and reliable shipping.

Shipping Fees

• Free shipping for orders over R1 000 within South Africa.
  
• A flat shipping rate applies to orders below R1 000.
  
• International shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
  

Tracking

You’ll receive an Aramex tracking link via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, Nexyvo.co.za is not responsible for delays caused by courier operations, customs, or unforeseen events. However, our team will gladly assist with tracking and resolving any issues.
