How long does shipping take?
8-11 business days.
All Nexyvo orders are shipped securely through Aramex, and you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS as soon as your package is on its way.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier schedules, but our team monitors every order to ensure it reaches you as quickly and safely as possible.
How much is shipping? Where do you ship to?
Shipping within South Africa is free for orders over R1,000.
For orders below R1,000, a flat-rate delivery fee applies at checkout.
International shipping costs vary based on your location and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Can you tell me more about your shipping process?
Once you place your order, our team carefully prepares and packages your items within 1–2 business days. After processing, your parcel is handed over to Aramex, our trusted courier partner.

How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.
Will I pay customs?
In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees. However, customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government. If your order is subject to customs charges, you will be responsible to pay them.
